Evolving Creative Agencies for the AI Age
I help agencies and in-house teams build pragmatic, creative-first AI systems that expand ideas, streamline workflows, and unlock new profit and craft per person.
AI is reshaping how creative work happens as a dizzying speed.
Tools are racing ahead of processes, teams are experimenting without guardrails, and leaders are under pressure to separate hype from genuine value.
I help creative organisations cut through that noise and keep up to speed with the latest evolutions. My focus is practical transformation: building confident, ethical, repeatable AI systems that elevate creativity, strengthen teams, and improve commercial performance.
What I offer
Creative Acceleration & Amplification
Use AI to expand exploration, generate richer routes, visualise faster, and improve the craft, without losing humanity or taste.
Outcome: More creative rigour, more possibilities, and better work.
Onboarding & Team Training
Interactive workshops and guided pilots that turn curiosity into capability and build fluency across disciplines.
Outcome: Teams understand what’s possible, how to use it responsibly, and where it makes the biggest impact.
Tools, Workflows & Systems
We map friction points, redesign processes, integrate the right tools, and build systems teams actually enjoy using.
Outcome: Faster turnaround, fewer bottlenecks, more creative time.
AI Agents & Automation
Custom AI agents that support daily tasks rather than replace roles. This ranges from creative exploration to operational efficiency, all designed around your workflows.
Outcome: Repetitive tasks handled intelligently, freeing humans for higher-value work.
Governance, Ethics & Evolution
Clear frameworks, copyright guardrails, and regular audits that keep innovation safe, sustainable, and aligned with the work.
Outcome: Freedom to experiment confidently, without risk.
Applied AI
These are just a few examples of practical implementation of AI into projects and agencies, ranging from full agency workflows and client projects through to rewarding experiments that were done to test tools. Get in touch if you’d like any more detail.
Hue & Cry
From 2023-2025 I introduced generative AI into Hue & Cry’s workflows. This ranged from anything from creating images for animation, test shoots, synthetic audiences and much more. This included training teams on how to get the most from various tools. By mid-2024, almost every project had AI woven somewhere into it.
MIT Agentic AI for Business Transformation
2025 MIT graduate in Agentic AI for Organsational Transformation, trained to build responsible, practical, AI-powered systems that reimagine creative operations, leadership, and growth.
Boldlens
In 2023 we created an AI generated video that flighted at the Cannes Lions Festival. We knew AI was going to be the talk of the festival, so we created an ironic film that setup what would happen if you didn’t adopt Boldlens’ AI functionality into your analytics.
Riscura
In 2020, as part of a campaign for investment intelligence firm, Riscura, we used AI to write audio ads and create generative soundscapes matched voice intensity in the campaign’s audio book fictions.
Intruder X50
My son was designing a video game called Intruder X50. As he sketched it out, I built it using Gen AI tools. The trailer for the game is currently underway, built entirely using AI workflows.
The animal mix-ups
A on-going project with my daughter where we blend different animals to create beautiful, fantastical creatures.
Mike Beukes identity
I’ve intentionally created all aspects of my brand identity using only AIs linking into each other, from the visuals to the colour palette, everything. All built from the idea of gravitational fields.
The One Off Christmas
In 2022 we created an AI Christmas card generator that allowed people to create and send their own tongue-in-cheek card. It raised thousands of Pounds for the mental health charity, Mind.
