Brief
Christmas 2020 in the UK felt unlike any other — the usual big-budget adverts landed in a year of lockdowns and uncertainty. Toshiba needed to cut through with a message that felt warm, human, and reassuring.
Solution
We kept it simple. Rather than chasing spectacle, we reminded people of a truth they already knew: whatever else changes, there’s a very specific moment in most people’s Christmas when the TV takes centre stage. A spot that felt familiar, comforting, and part of the tradition itself.
